It has nice location very close to the event center, Cleveland and a Mountain. The staff is very friendly.

The rooms were clean, we enjoyed them. Its location in Cleveland was particularly good, really close to the event center, resturants, and Cleveland.

I had a fairly nice stay at this charming old hotel. The personnel was very amiable and amazingly friendly, doing their best to assist. The location turned out to be exceptionally nice, near a Mountain, the event center and resturants. Also, it was 15 mins drive from Tinsley Park. Greatly enjoyed my time here.

Possibly the best and such great stay during my visit. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed and clean and exceptionally nice rooms. Great location in the middle of jackson, and 10 minute walk from Create & Celebrate Studio. Also - near to a Mountain and resturants and Cleveland.

the hotel was located adjacent to a mountain, and cleveland. the personal was really helpful and fabulously friendly. the property had indeed a particularly good location in the middle of jackson. also, the property was 3 miles away from tinsley park.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this inn. The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the location on the mountain provided a peaceful and quiet environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from the property was fantastic.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection.

Clean room and comfortable bed so I slept well. The bathrooms were NICE. The location was exceptionally nice and I could use free parking on-site.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Cleveland for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had great amenities, including a pool and a cozy TV room. The room itself was very comfortable, with a great view and a clean, modern feel. The only minor issue was that the housekeeping could improve on cleaning under the beds. it was a great stay at a nice and clean hotel with excellent service.

I do recommend this hotel.
